Personnel Protective Equipments

Supervisory Control
- Identified the supervisory staff.
- Supervisor is essential at work location.
Lifting Machine Requirement
- Valid test certificate for all lifting machines.
- Drivers or operator should have valid operation license.
Medical Safety
- Medical Certificate is mandatory.v
- Medical check up before join the work site.
- Provision of identity card to the workers.
Safety Induction & Tool Box Talk
- Induction & TBT is mandatory for everybody.
- Daily TBT record shall be maintained at site.
- TBT is ensure about the hazards in daily work.

- Clearly defining the steps in each job.
- Identifying the hazards associated with each step.
- Defining the precautions that need to be taken.
- Identifying the isolation requirements.
Work Permit System
- Everyday will be issued as per type.
- Obtained by work in-charge or supervisor.
- Be issued by an authorized person.
- Identify all of the personnel working under it.
- Be signed on and off on a daily basis.
General Guideline
- Smoking is not allowed at site.
- Food preparation at site not allowed.
- Joint and damaged electrical cables are not allowed.
- Maintain 5S standard at site.
- Waste Disposal should be as per requirement.
